Rustle is a product in progress. This site, tryrustle.com, is the waitlist for early access. It is operated by the Rustle team. Contact hello@tryrustle.com.

A postal address is not published yet. We do not send a welcome email, or any other commercial email, when you join the list. A postal address will be added here before any commercial email is sent.

If you join the waitlist, we collect the name and work email you enter.

If you arrived from an invite link or a campaign link, we also store a short referral code and the campaign parameters on that link, when they are present.

We generate a referral code for your signup so you can share an invite link. We do not ask for a Stripe key, a password, or payment details on this site.

The host may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser, and the page requested, to keep the site running and to rate-limit the form. Those logs do not include your email address or name. A signup is stored with the waitlist provider only when that provider is configured. If it is not configured in production, the form says the list is not open and the signup is not stored.

To prevent abuse, we limit how often the form can be used, including how often the same address can be submitted. That check uses a one-way keyed code made from the email address, not the address itself.

We use the waitlist to tell you when early access opens. We don't sell the list. We don't use it to advertise other products.

beehiiv stores waitlist subscriptions when an API key and publication ID are configured. Custom fields hold your name and the referral details. If those fields haven't been created in beehiiv yet, beehiiv keeps the email and discards the unknown fields.

Vercel hosts the site and provides Speed Insights, which measures loading performance. Speed Insights is not used for advertising.

Vercel Web Analytics receives cookieless page-view events: the page path without personal query parameters, the referrer, country and region, browser, operating system, and device type. UTM campaign tags are kept. Those events are shown as aggregate stats. It is not used for advertising.

These companies process data on our behalf to run the site and the list. A full sub-processor page will be published before the product connects to customer systems.

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to run early access. A fixed number of days is not set yet. That number will be added after this draft is reviewed, and before any product data is connected.

This marketing site does not use advertising cookies, and it does not show a cookie banner. Vercel Web Analytics sends cookieless page-view events and shows aggregate stats. Vercel Speed Insights measures performance without setting a marketing cookie. If we add cookies later, we will update this page and ask where the law requires it.

You can leave the form blank. If you already joined, email hello@tryrustle.com and ask us to correct or delete your waitlist details. There is no welcome email to unsubscribe from. If we email you later about early access, that message will include a way to opt out.
